We opened Assure-U in East Orlando in October 2004. We are a small company of about eight people. It means one of us visits every job, and the office that sold you the roof is the same office that picks up when you call next year.
Our crews are our own employees. We have never handed a roof install to a subcontractor. When we inspect your roof, we show you the photos and tell you if a repair is enough. When you do need a new roof, you get a written proposal with every item priced, and we pull the permit.

One of us walks every slope, checks the attic for leaks and soft decking, and photographs what we find. It is free, and you keep the photos.
The proposal lists each item: permit, tear-off, decking by the sheet, underlayment, flashing and the roof. If a repair will do, we say so.
No subcontractors, and an owner visits while the crew works. Shingle roofs take one to three days. Tile and metal take three to seven.
We pass the final inspection, sweep the yard for nails and arrange your free wind mitigation inspection. Then we inspect your roof free every year.

Yes. We photograph and measure storm damage, write a detailed estimate and can be there when your adjuster inspects. Our license is for roofing, not public adjusting or law, so we do not negotiate your claim or interpret your policy.
